We had an amazing 3-night stay at Maison D'Hotes "La Pause Champenoise". Germain, the proprietor, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the region. He booked us a restaurant and a fantastic champagne tasting experience. the themed Champagne room we stayed in was spacious, tastefully decorated, and in keeping with the character of the building. the breakfast, which consisted of a variety of locally sourced products, was delicious. the location was perfect for exploring the Champagne area, and the accommodation was new and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the nice swimming pool. our experience was excellent, and we highly recommend this place.

The host, Germain, was incredibly hospitable, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the region. He always had a smile on his face and went out of his way to assist us. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide range of delicious options with a focus on local, organic, and homemade products. The location was superb, situated in a quiet village just minutes away from major highways and a large shopping mall. The rooms were charming, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. Plus, the access to a fully equipped kitchen and other facilities was a huge bonus. our 3-night stay at this hidden gem was absolutely incredible!
